In the interview with Joe 'Pags', Root never mentioned DUAL citizenship.
Although he did mention that there was something being pulled out of Indonesia.
Natural born or whatever. If you renounce your citizenship you renounce the perks too. There would have to be a process of reapplying for citizenship to run.
Time will tell...............
