Time travel question -- what a mind trip

I'd go back to the late 80's. Buy stock in Walmart, Apple, and leave instructions to buy stock in Microsoft, Google, etc.

Then I would leave myself a letter to be delivered on Aug 20th, 2010, it would explain the timeline i came from, and why I needed to make a few minor changes in the next few days to avoid huge consequenses a few days later.

I've always been a generous person, and this would allow me to help those in my life who have helped me, help those less fortunate (i.e. the homeless), avoid an accident that took place a few days after the above referanced date that has had and will have long lasting health implications.

With so much detail it is very compelling and hard to ignore. Amazing.

Consider settling it within you. Forgive yourself now, as the event is in the past -- and you learned from it, right?

Or forgive that part of you which represents another person -- should that be the case. Resolve it within yourself and you may see some positive changes in your future.

Time is a notion. An idea. A perception. What is real is now. You can decide how you act now based on what you have experienced in the past, or what you think will happen in the future.

Your greatest power is choice today, and each day.

I would see if the fall of atlantis was a real event so I guess It would be about 300,000 yrs ago. I would see the mentality of the people so we do not do the same....

I think the dark cabal or world elite might be guilty of "dangerous use of magical powers" today.

Well, I'd say I'd go back to August of 1997 and tell myself not to make the mistake of getting back together with the man I got back together with, but I'm pretty sure I already did that (I definitely got the screamin' message then not to do it), and I didn't listen then, so going back again and reliving the insight without listening, again, only to be sitting here today writing this post...well, it's all a pretty circutous mind-fuck.

Hard lesson learned, can't take it back, so I live with it...oh, but not him. He's out of my life by five years now.

Otherwise, I actually have no desire to go back to any time in history and, although going to a future date is totally intriguing, I can't make up my mind about what the best date to choose in the future would be...lol, what if I was off by one day, that one day I missed was the most pivotal of all time?

Of all the things you could've said...gawd, I just really dislike that saying. Phft, and in this case it's most likely that it's not true or applicable...harhar, unless you're not talking about me, and it's a reference to yourself after reading my post.



At any rate, I enjoyed thinking about it all. Not all of the nine years with him was insufferable. There were some good times.

I especially enjoyed thinking about going into the future.

But, ya know what? At the end of all my thinking I realized that there's no day like today, eh?

I got to help someone out and put a smile on their face, so today was a good day, and I was exactly in the right place at the right time, where I was needed and meant to be.

Go back to the 1880s and try to talk some sense into Wilhelm II.
He was the single most responsible person for World War part I and part II.

I was referring to when you said "Hard lesson learned, can't take it back, so I live with it..." and trying to say "there is no failure, only feedback" and that life is a school to learn from. Thanks! Enjoy each day... all we really have is the now.

When I return, it'd be like Groundhog's Day, I'd know what was about to happen and beat 'em to the chase.

If I didn't need to know the exact date, I would travel to the day and night before the dinosaur killing asteroid hit Earth.

I'd go back to when I was 13, and tell myself it's OK to be completely and utterly myself and that I'm an awesome kid.

Oh, and i suppose if i knew everyone else would be fine, I'd go back to when i almost drowned in a pool when i was about 6 years old.

I was just floating there near the bottom of the pool calmly, I'm told, not moving. I couldn't float up you see. Nobody had told me to hold my breath or how to swim, and you can't breathe underwater so easy, so i sank.

Knowing what i know now, i could have made the world a better place for myself and others.

But i think all things happen for a reason.
