He gave coordinates that do not actually correspond to his image. The image he showed where he points out what he calls "Nibiru's sun" and the "brown dwarf" have completely different coordinates that TBar and I both astrometrically solved and found to be in Taurus. Now, at about 4 am on July 29th, Venus had the following coordinates as seen from Brisbane: 5h24m33.28s DE:+18°53'01.3"
Compare to the coordinates of the object he calls "Nibiru's sun" in his image (where it says "FK5" in the image, top left corner):

Considering his image has an angular resolution somewhere around 30 arcseconds per pixel or so, that's a match. He also points at another star and calls it the "brown dwarf." Here are the coordinates of that star:

So there you have it, he was looking at normal stars and planets.
