Thanks Foveras and InsertFunnyUserName for the quick replies. Kind of what I thought. Always interesting to see the Greek's opinions on these matters rather then the biased BS media we have in the UK.

I think the Euro in its present form was doomed from the start - it just wasn't thought through enough before it was created - politicians just didn't have the financial/economic ability to grasp the implications of having a currency belonging to a number of different countries all with their own strengths and weaknesses.
