My gluts mainly, and legs. I am on East Coast too, east-central NC. And I haven't done anything major at all, just moving some PC boxes around..... Last Edited by chaakin on 08/08/2012 09:15 AM |

Everything is as it should be. Just go with the flow of life. ~ |

My shoulder is toast, as lugging 50 lbs of tools around for the last 16 years has taken its toll. Somehow though I can still chuck a baseball around and even air it out on occasion when I'm loose enough. ------ |

Most of you should workout feeling soreness just sitting down all day. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19357424 Yeah. I've been mostly bed-ridden for a week. Didn't do much yesterday and was very sore. I'm thinking it was from being so inactive but this thread does have my curiosity up. |

Gratia Plena User ID: 1220977 United States 08/08/2012 11:05 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Very sore. My shoulder, neck and jaw muscles have been doing crazy spasms. I walk around with a heat wrap on my shoulders all day. Muscle relaxers do nada. And my joints, especially in my fingers, have been very sore when I wake up. I was thinking I just need a new mattress as mine is about 8 years old. Interesting if there's something more to it. |

Yeah I was thinking that or incoming cosmic rays.... I am personally feeling fine but I went through a whole slew of physical sensations over the past 2 years... These threads peak my interest to see when others are collectively experiencing the same 'ailments' or symptoms'. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 2476351 United States 08/08/2012 11:19 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Goodmorning everyone. I live in New Hampshire. As of 2 months ago I began feeling soreness in my right shoulder. It was light but noticeable, and it persisted from that time to present. Now three weeks ago the soreness went into hyper inflation and started spreading to my back lower and upper. I thought so many theories behind it, even joking that someone had a "voodoo doll" of me. The pain has now spread into my neck and jaw muscles. It was two days ago that I went to the emergency room to get examined. The diagnosis was possible Limes but they won"t know for sure until the blood work returns in 4-7 days. Surprisingly smoking herbs seems to have trouble masking this sorness. Now I come across this thread and realize that we are all experiencing similar symptoms. Something is causing this, but what? |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 21540692 United States 08/08/2012 11:24 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Over the last several weeks, I have noticed that my muscles get sore from relatively light activity, and stay sore longer. And often I wake up in the morning with sore legs, back, etc for apparantly no reason. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20078449 On twitter etc, I seem to notice a lot of people in my area are complaining about similar soreness. Wonder if there is an environmental reason. Live on the east coast of U.S. Radiation from Fukushima? Fukushima radiation cover-up continues. Here is just one story of the top of my head I read recently Thread: WTH...Pacific Ocean Off Oregon Coast Polluted with...COFFEE? tellen us the water is contaminted with COFFEE? gimme a effin break. Vision Thing User ID: 21063079 United States 08/08/2012 11:26 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | No, I haven't, I've been feeling noticeably less soreness despite my physical job. I think it is because of the protein shakes I've been making every morning in the blender, with bananas frozen blueberries fresh or frozen strawberries brown rice protein powder coconut milk (like almond milk, sold in cartons) vanilla extract And then powder or liquid supplements added, a variety of things but the ones that are probably making the difference are MSM powder, about 5000 mg Magnesium chloride liquid, about a teaspoon I put other stuff in there but those and the protein are making me not have any stiffness or soreness in any of my joints or muscles. I used to have pain in my knees, hands, shoulders etc but lately it's greatly diminished or gone. Female gender, half a century old. PNW coast location. |
SHR Forum Administrator 08/08/2012 11:27 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hmmm....well...as much as I hate to admit it, because I am a feel no pain sort of person..all of a sudden as it seemed to me, maybe a month and half or so ago...I started getting hit with some sort of joint pain/stiffness...not so much sore muscle pain, which I do get time to time from working hard, heavy lifting etc, which I do a lot of and I expect and know what that feels like when I beat myself up during the course of work. This is something different for sure. I started taking a broader/better vitimin, taking some glucosamine condroitin too, it helped it, but it's still there enough for me to notice. Someone who is good vitimin natural cure person told me it sounded like an "inflammation" and recommended a suppliment just recently that I will probably give a try, but I haven't yet. Be interesting to see how many responses with the same sort thing hit here. Came on really all at once within the last two months. It's not the regular sore muscles from hard work, I actually LIKE that pain, lol, let's me know I'm working hard, this is something else. Maybe there is something to this. ____________________________________________________ E-mail anytime [email protected] Inquiring about a ban?, include the IP address found here. Yes, I've been considering going for Lyme's testing.y muscle pain feels like Lyme's and I had a tick bite in June. Hope it's just from mobing, though. |
