Re: MORINGA- THE MIRACLE PLANT. THIS IS A SURVIVAL PLANT AND WILL BE VITAL IN NEAR FUTURE!!! BANANAS!!!
START: Introduce Moringa to your diet

1. Start with half a teaspoon per day for 3 - 5 days!
preferably with breakfast (tips below) and ALWAYS with food. Our Moringa powder is strong and will cause side effects if taken in too large dosses -We have had Moringa from other sources that allows higher dossage, but that is because it is less potent.

2. After 3-5 days
increase your intake. 1 teaspoons per day total is plenty for a healthy person. If you are recovering from illness or suffer from any chronic condition that affects you physically, two teaspoons per day may be better -BUT if your stomach is struggling because it needs to cope with medication it is better to slow things down. If you are healthy and physically very active, three teaspoons per day is possible.

3. After 2 Weeks:
You may want to take Moringa every second day after a while -Listen to your body. You will notice if your dosage is too high. Just take less, or skip a day -or two. Your body is unique as are its needs. After two weeks of regular use you can begin to make changes in how much and when you take Moringa.

Remember, you can't force the body's processes, so don't take Moringa as a quick-fix. Take it regularly as part of your diet and you should get the miracle benefits -many of which are preventative.

When to take Moringa

Most who take only one teaspoon daily take Moringa in the morning with breakfast. Those who struggle after lunch, take it with lunch. Those who take it to improve digestion or sleep, take it with dinner.

You are going to have to see what works best for you. A three day regimen taking Moringa at a specific time will tell you what results are for you by taking it at that time.

Not everyone takes Moringa daily. Some take less daily, others take 1 or two teaspoons every second or third day.

Health Risk:

Like all dark green foods, such as Spinach, Moringa thickens the blood. If you are on blood-thinning medication or are pregnant, consult your health care practitioner before taking Moringa.

FINALLY! A dosage that spells it out! Yea!

Now, can we have that dosage in capsules?

Thanks for finding that Luisport! Maybe you should put that on the very first post so it doesn't get hidden within the thread.

Rene T. • HOW MUCH MORINGA SHOULD YOU EAT?

One half cup of cooked leaves will meet your daily recommendation for Vitamins A and

One half cup of pods (raw) will supply your Vitamin C quota for the day.

SERVE MORINGA IN DAILY MEALS

Here are some ways to cook moringa leaves and pods. All of the following recipes were developed in the
Philippines and the ingredients are standard inclusions in meals there. Coconut milk is extracted by squeezing the meat of a freshly grated coconut. The first squeezing is called kakang gata or coconut milk. A second squeezing is used after water is added to the remaining coconut meat, and this is called gata or coconut reserve. The green pods
of moringa can be used as a substitute for okra.
The measurements in the recipes are all in the English system. The following are a list of conversions you can use for making the recipes “metric”:

Dry Measure, Liquid Measure

1 c. = 151 grams
1 T. = 9.45 grams
1 tsp. = 3.15 grams
pc = piece
1 c. = 236 ml
1 T. = 14.77 ml
1 tsp. = 4.92 ml

The first list of recipes below were tested at the Recipe and Menu Testing Laboratory, and chemically analyzed in the Food Research Division of the Food and Nutrition Research Center, National Science Development Board (Manila). These recipes were taken from FNRC Publication No. 47, revised April l974, reprinted March 1978.

Don't think it's of any benefit to smoke, medically or recreationally. Not saying it isn't worth a shot though.

Re: MORINGA- THE MIRACLE PLANT. THIS IS A SURVIVAL PLANT AND WILL BE VITAL IN NEAR FUTURE!!! BANANAS!!!
START: Introduce Moringa to your diet

Hi All - These steps are from our company's site (it's a pleasure), and here's a couple of more things to look out for:
(This is not medical advice, etc. blah, blah...)

ALL natural produce including dry powdered plant produce (like Moringa) are susceptible to contamination by a host of bacteria, etc. This includes Wheat Grass, Spirulina... all of them. Capsules should be safest but are way expensive (This stuff should be part of your diet / meals -not fixers)

1 Buy it sealed
2 Keep it sealed (if you can squeeze the air out before re- sealing, even better, jars keep more air as it gets emptier)
3 Keep out of the sun
4 Keep cool
5 Keep dry (no wet spoons!)
BECAUSE these factors (1-5) allow bacteria etc, to thrive.
6 Best to use within 1 month from opening. Here in Africa people have 'stronger' stomachs on average, due to practice.. ;-)

If you get cramps etc, this can be due to contamination... it does NOT have to be some hectic bacteria, its just that the stomach reacts. OR, the stuff is more potent than you are used to -so SLOW DOWN and work into it. (People still don't listen. This is the person, not the Moringa).

Most Africans believe in "cleaning the stomach" often. 1-3 teaspoons of Moringa makes for a great and fast natural laxative )PLEASE start with ONE teaspoon if you want to do this. If you vomit, you took too much.

BEST RESULTS: Vary your intake of supplements:
Taking the same supplement every day causes a level of resistance/ drop in efficacy in about 30 days... (sellers hate this one for commercial reasons...)

Two reasons:
1. Your body normalises so "results" seem less.
2. Unknown (But observed by hundreds)

SO: Get three supplements (play alchemist to suit your needs) and take one each third day.

I'm not going to argue any of this... your body, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Our feedback informs the above, and IMHO prevention is still better than cure.

I often learned the hard way myself, and in retrospect COMMON SENSE prevails.
Cheers!

Health Risk:

Like all dark green foods, such as Spinach, Moringa thickens the blood. If you are on blood-thinning medication or are pregnant, consult your health care practitioner before taking Moringa.

THERE ARE HERBS that thin the blood!

In the Philippines, moringa (malungay ) is a common plant. Moringa leaves are used for food , tea, wounds and others. The leaves have a bitter taste, but you'll get used to it.

Well the fruit is like a vegetable that you need to peel it then you kinda boil it .You cut it in half then scrape the inside which kinda similar to cucumber. Google image the fruit so you may kinda get it.
