I have it and am taking it. To be honest no matter what I do I can't make it taste good :( . But this morning I started (again after a regrouping and renewed determination) with a teaspoon of the powder. With it's many claimed benefits, and lack of healthcare, I'd be a fool not to. I'm assuming this is akin to children downing a spoonful of cod liver oil back in the day, and have decided to buck up and just take my medicine !!! LOL. I have started some plants too, 3 of 20 have sprouted so far. We live in the northeast so it will winter indoors, with possibly a grow light, we'll see ... and I'll keep you updated on how it goes.  If you put in the cooking food you won't get the taste of it! I'm taking the capsules. When I start feeling anxious (when I have not taken my daily moringa), I reach for my capsules. Use to take valium and prozac with an occasional zanax. I think that's what I'm going to do. I have 2 lbs of powder, I'll grab some capsules and pill machine on amazon and see how that goes. My friend and I did exactly that by hand. She had some gel capsules. Now I need to capsule some powder that I ordered. Let me know where you have found the capsules and pill filler.
