Well, being an old italian lady, we always cook with extra virgin olive oil (even in cookies lol), and I believe it's still supposed to be good for you, at least for today .....

I'm going to do the entire 1000 cap supply I have, at 10 caps a day (I was mistaken before with 6, hope it wasn't the moringa ??? Nah probably just this menopause thing !!) for 50 days. See how it goes, what it does, then go from there.
