Very interesting and full of good stuff. However, it is too much for me to read right now. Can you find the dosage? All i can say is that moringa is a food, not a medication. On the capsules they say you can take up to 6-10 caps a day. I take 6 a day but i take powder in cofee, a lot of tea on the day and added in the food, so i think the dosage it's not so important i think... OK then. I was hoping for a reference. Thanks and keep up the good information on this!  Thank you my friend!
