A cure you say. The cure is for eveybody to quit eating all the junk and sugar. Diabetes isn't a disease. Its a symptom of the fat, lazy ,obese, sugar eating people. People are what they eat. You eat shit guess what. You turn into shit. Get over it and take responsibility for your own diet. Nobody forces people to eat what they do.

Yes, zero carb diet prevent all symptoms. But as soon as you eat carbs (pasta, bread, fruits), you get your symptoms back. So this is NOT a cure.
