Re: Trayvon Martinís parents seeks money from both state of Florida victimsí fund AND community's homeowners' association
I saw the other thread about George Zimmerman and decided to Google the Trayvon Martin case, since there hasn't been much in the news lately...and see that Trayvon Martin's parents are seeking money from a victims' fund??? Didn't they receive a ton of coverage and donations that would have helped cover expenses?? I thought the mother even trademarked or copyrighted something to do with her son, was it the shirts? I don't remember, but how weird and wrong if she does have the funds and is still seeking money from them.

Cool Story Laura thank you for showing the world what a low-iq white woman is all about.

Why is it such a concern to YOU if she is sueing to recieve money. The Martins should also tell their lawyers to go after the Funds racist white nationalist illegaly donated to zimmerman to which he lied to the judge about. That money should be forfeited to the martins also.

The only reason you are upset is because the martins are black, and will recieve a payout as they should.

What do you racist assmonkeys have to say about one of your own filthy cavemen sueing over a wrongful death?

The Martins should have to pay Zimmermans legal expences as well as restitution for 12 years of education that was wasted on this failed gangbanger.

Makes no difference if the thug was white, asian, mexican, pink with polka dots or whatever....
It is about crime in america, how it is out of control and those who seek greed by stealing and perpetrating crime on those who have what they want.
If this had been about someone harrassing another over their race, i'd be right there with you but i don't like to see chumps taking advantage of innocents.
That martin kid was expelled from school for having stolen jewelry and tools for robbing in his bag. Too bad he didn't come to your neighborhood and rob you blind so he could get his drugs.....i'm betting you'd be talking differently about it.

Re: Trayvon Martinís parents seeks money from both state of Florida victimsí fund AND community's homeowners' association
The HOA is 100% responsible for this. They maintained the sidewalks and streets that were used.

Wow. So she can keep going with this.

Next, sue the city for approving that neighborhood.

Then, sue the state for approving that city.

Then, sue the fed for approving that state.

OMG, she can be living caviar dreams and champagne wishes!!!

Thanks Treyvon! Your sacrifice was not in vane. Mama has been rewarded for her non-parenting skills resulting in raising a petty criminal.

Re: Trayvon Martinís parents seeks money from both state of Florida victimsí fund AND community's homeowners' association
ORLANDO, Fla. ó Trayvon Martinís mother has asked for an undisclosed amount of money from a state fund set up to help crime victims with things like funeral expenses and counseling, according to documents obtained by The Associated Press.

The documents, obtained through a public records request, show Sybrina Fulton applied for the compensation benefits after her son was fatally shot last February by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in a gated community in Sanford, Fla. It was not immediately clear how Martinís family would use the money.

The state Attorney Generalís Office, which administers the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund, refused to disclose the sum sought by Fulton and her former husband, Tracy Martin. Payouts can reach $30,000.

*According to court documents, Trayvon Martinís mother is asking for at least $75,000 from the homeownersí association of the gated community where her 17-year-old son was fatally shot by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman.

Sybrina Fulton also has asked for an undisclosed amount of money from a state fund set up to help crime victims with things like funeral expenses and counseling, according to state documents obtained by The Associated Press.

Court documents filed last week by the gated communityís insurance company show that Fulton filed a claim related to her sonís death. The policy has a $1 million limit on payouts.

Look who the black racist here is. You wouldn't understand why normal people find it disgusting they are profiting off their dead thug. They aren't victims. Their dead thug wasn't a victim. If their thug had had his way, Zimmerman would be dead. Because Zimmerman was forced to defend himself, his life has been totally changed for the worse. He's not been home. He can't go back to his job. He has to be in hiding because of racist blacks like you. HE is the one entitled some compensation or donations. The Martins didn't give a fuck about their thug in the first place. They raised him a thug, encouraged the gang bang mentality. Daddy Tracy is a Crip. They are playing the victim and race card to profit off ignorant fucks like you in the name of a son they didn't give a fuck about.
