At least scientists and astronomers KNOW for a fact that binary stars are REAL and that we having a single sun is very, very RARE.
 Quoting: Dr Drumrdude 21083803

No, it's not. In fact, the majority of stars in our galaxy are actually single:

Wide separated binaries, defined as a separation greater than about 200 AU, make up about 9 percent of stars in the local neighborhood of stars, at best:

If our solar system were a "binary," it would have to be one such system; it's clearly not a close binary system with two stars closely orbiting each other at small distances as many binaries are, so that leaves about a 9% chance of it being a binary based on pure random chance.
There is physical proof of the Nibiru theory,

Then why are the planets not showing massive gravitational perturbations of their positions?
What does it take for someone like you to take notice?
 Quoting: drumr

Real evidence, not handwaving bullshit to completely unrelated events. Something like coordinates or orbital elements that actually work at finding it, or at least gravitational perturbations of the positions of the planets consistent with its existence.

The fact that MR ASTRO is here says it all.

Definitely get out there people, get your preps' together quick.

The shilling is getting so bad around here, this thing must be right around the corner.

Keep your eyes on the quakes and volcanoes increasing as they have been.

Believing something is true because I disproved it is irrational insanity. Nice way to completely ignore the fact that I disproved you.

Dr.Astro in a way proves my point about 'Niburuism' being somewhat of a religion to some people. Can you see the similarities between a discussion on evolution and creation?

If Niburu does not come to pass in the time frame it's suggested, will the believers move on, or simply adjust the time frame?

Look at what happened when Orwell, (I think it was?) did his radio show, people were killing their families, jumping off roofs, doing all kinds of crazy shit.
 Quoting: Archaic Mason

Orson Welles. And luckily those stories were grossly exaggerated, nobody got killed.

There is at least one documented case of a person committing suicide over the 2012 Scare, the 16-year-old Isabel Taylor.

Someone has already killed themself? That's absurd...

I think this belief has the potential to spiral out of control, one badly interpreted piece of 'evidence' in the MSM could cause chaos...
