Not meant directly at you just clearing the air, i see haarp as a earth vibrational monitor of a type. anywhere from hurricanes to tornadoes, eartquakes ect...you realize where you live, that areas natural disasters and whatever that be if haarp is higher readings something is probably going to happen, california is famous for earthquakes.
