Yet another thread where stupid noobs think the Induction Magnetometer charts means 'HAARP is transmitting'.
When will you HAARP-tard bother to check some basic facts?
The 'transmitter' at HAARP Gakona is called the IRI. (I won't spell it out because most HAARP-tards don't have a fucking attention span of more than 3 sentences.)
The IRI is switched OFF for MOST OF THE TIME.
The Induction Magnetometer monitors what is going on in the ionosphere 24/7.
It will also measure shit being transmitted by EISCAT or some of the Russian or Chinese equivalents of the IRI, but only if they are really pumping it. Else, it is reading solar flare impact activity upon Earth.
