looking into the haarp site you refer to i went to this page, "What Are the Effects of HAARP on the Ionosphere?" and left with the impression Haarp injects energy into the Ionosphere.
The Ionosphere is this: [link to dictionary.reference.com]

i·on·o·sphere
   [ahy-on-uh-sfeer]

noun
the region of the earth's atmosphere between the stratosphere and the exosphere, consisting of several ionized layers and extending from about 50 to 250 miles (80 to 400 km) above the surface of the earth.

Re: HAARP showing 10

I am confused what is happening with this name calling and who is this Kevin person who predicts events?
Why do people get so mad at just average people bringing my-our personal opinions and questions to the forum to which we are under the impression would bring us plausable answers????

Myself I follow the weather and natural earthy events for many many many ears probably more years then half the people of this forum. I am in no manner suggesting i am a expert, I follow the weather have a question or opinion and well I found a few good sites who has forums to offer insite. peace out everyone, life is some kind of a riddle we are the creatures in a intense life mode trying to solve so many secrets of life-everything,
 Quoting: usa1961

There are people on this site that are trying to hide the truth about Haarp at all costs. When they can't figure out a way to do so in a factual manner, they resort to name calling and thread derailing. There was one person who was trying to educate everyone on the mechanics of the English language even though he was the one who did not know how to write. In other words, he was merely trying to derail the thread by pointing out that people were making grammatical errors that did not even exist. Another person was butting-in every other post to call people names. Whatever it is that Haarp is doing, someone is very adamant about keeping it quiet.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20191040

So are you he who.has brought out the haarp, or have close ties?
I honestly follow haarp,(non religously) along with other sites and I see simething big trying to happen, but im not sure what or when.
 Quoting: usa1961

Nope. I have no ties to anything Haarp. I'm just like you, a guy in search of the truth. I've seen stuff that shows Haarp has some connection to EQ's and strange weather. I've also seen obfuscation from people that jump on Haarp threads merely to derail the threads and hide the truth. You must have struck a nerve with this thread because it has been a long time since I have seen this degree of obfuscation and name calling.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20191040

TY for answering. Ya there are those who either dont believe or maybe are trying to stear peoples minds away from the truth, but personally im getting this Haarp and what it is slowly but surely

 Quoting: usa1961

Based on earlier research of my own, it seems that either Haarp is used to deflect CME's or is used to directly counter the energy wave frequency given off by an earthquake. I'll explain each briefly below.

Haarp as CME deflector: During the midwest tornado outbreak, the planet was being bombarded by CME's. It may be that CME's cause earthquakes because there is some correlation between large scale earthquakes and CME's. Haarp usually gets cranked up during these solar storms which leads me to believe that it may be used to deflect the CME's and keep them from directly striking fault areas. The CME appears to bounce around the earth and eventually cause an earthquake elsewhere on the planet.

Haarp as earthquake preventer: During the midwest tornado outbreak, it was reported that a frequency similar to an earthquake registered over the New Madrid fault. However, it did not emimate from the fault itself, it seemed to come from the tornados. In other words, the tornados were creating an energy wave similar to that given off by an earthquake. This leads me to believe that Haarp may be used to create storms that actually counter the harmonics of the fault which result in a cancellation of the earthquake energy waves and a subsequent elimination of the earthquake.

At this point, it is all speculation. My guess is as good as any. I'm just trying to piece it all together.

Are you hearing thunder? I don't think there are any forecasts for thunderstorms. Are you sure that the sound is not coming from the ground? SF reported an explosion-like sound which could be an indication of tectonic plate activity. The thunder you hear might also be the same. Keep us posted.

UPDATE

Thunderstorms are now being forecast for SoCal. I think that might be what you are hearing. I predicted earlier in this thread that winter-like weather would happen due to Haarp. I guess that this is the beginning of it. I expect rain and possibly snow in some areas. This is the first that I have heard of this forecast which means that my prediction of severe weather due to Haarp was correct.

When the New Madrid fault line went off in the late 19th century, people reported explosions and thunder sounds the night before. During other major quakes, same sounds could be heard before the quakes happened. You can Google it for more information.

I've been onto HAARP since the early 90s. Our biggest problem is knowing when 'HAARP' is transmitting. The only transmitter there, is called the IRI.

It is NOT SWITCHED on for the vast majority of the time. You all need to comprehend that fact. It is NOT transmitting for the vast majority of time.

Induction Magnetometer charts are NOT necessarily evidence of proof that ANYTHING at HAARP is transmitting.

Until we find a way to know when the IRI at Gakona is 'on', then we are all just making shit up with no basis in reality.

People would have better luck blaming EISCAT - at least you can tell when their transmitter is active or not.

Re: HAARP showing 10
Another byproduct of Haarp is that EQ's happen in another part of the world other than where Haarp is focused. Today, Iran had a 6 pointer. That proves that my theory is correct. When Haarp is cranked up two things happen. One, strange weather happens in the location that Haarp is active. SoCal had thunderstorms even though they were not forcasted and the only thing forcasted was heat. Two, a large scale EQ will happen somewhere other than the location where Haarp was focused. Iran had a 6.2 mag earthquake this morning, killing nearly 200 people.

So there you have it, folks, irrefutable evidence that Haarp is causing strange weather and possibly deflecting earthquakes. My question is, what happens when some other country starts deflecting its earthquakes and they end up striking us?

True. We only use it when we can't bounce a relay any other way.

Uses an enormous amount of energy.

Well, whoever that .gov nli poster is, he seems to know more about HAARP than you obviously do.

My point is, YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN HAARP IS 'Cranked'.
You DON'T KNOW because they don't announce when the transmitter (IRI) is being used. It's default setting is OFF.

Those induction magnetometer readings don't prove HAARP is 'cranked' at all! It can do, but it also 'cranks' up when Earth gets hit with a solar flare or CME.

If you want to be useful, FIRST go check whether Earth's ionosphere is being hit by solar 'stuff' - because that will give big magnetometer chart readings.

Then go to EISCAT and see what projects are using their transmitter.

Rule them out and THEN speculate that something is causing big activity IN THE IONOSPHERE, and that it might be the transmitter at HAARP Gakona.

And like that mystery guy says, the IRI at Gakona is huge, and uses HUGE amounts of energy. It is certainly NOT switched on as much as most haarptards assume.

True. We only use it when we can't bounce a relay any other way.

Uses an enormous amount of energy.

Stop repeating this garbage. You don't know what Haarp is doing anymore than anyone else. We are basing our information on things that have happened when Haarp is cranked.

I have a question for you, Why does it matter WHEN haarp was cranked, fact is when the readings do go public within days something happens.
stop blamming, start doing something for yourself. whites wont always be here to support you.
