You are the one who failed. You have provided zero facts and backed up your bullshit with your own ideas of how Haarp works. What you call facts are nothing more than opinions. Stop shilling. Go find another thread to regurgitate your bullshit on. We don't care about the IRI or any other thing that you are saying. We are saying that when Haarp is cranked two things happen: strange weather and earthquakes. You have not been able to refute this evidence. What you are saying is that even though every time that Haarp is cranked up as a coincidence strange weather appears and large scale earthquakes happen is ludicrous.
