As an ex-soldier (if there is such a thing) we did urban exercises on occasion, training in that environment is extremely important, but only to PREPARE pre-deployment..the miitary doesnt do it for shits-and-giggles. People need to QUESTION People need to OBSERVE People need to REPORT and yes People need to WAKE UP! spread the word, when you actually start to LOOK at whats going on around you, you will be suprised!
