Unfortunately, Americans associate Belgians with Belgian waffles and pedophiles. It shows how powerful the media is. Not here!  Indeed. They are selling waffles in the USA and call them "Belgian waffles". Et voila, a myth is born. Beer and chocolate are Belgian specialities. Its just like french fries, we dont care.
