About 5 years ago, I didn't really understand how the economy worked, or what I should do if there's fallout, what to do in a pandemic, but now I do, and I feel good being in control of my destiny. The economy still isn't looking good, and will likely stay shitty for a long time, so all the doom talk was a good way to strengthen one's character. I am a different person, a wiser, smarter and better person. I just won't trust their dates or interpretations of what will happen. |

Just knowing I am prepared gives me some peace of mind. I still enjoy listening to Clif's interviews and wujos but I think we would all be better off shedding our fears about the future. Clif has a lot to contribute and seeing as how he is a person of influence I would like to see him move away from the fear-based talk just as an experiment to see what happens. I realize that every year I have been anticipating the “Summer Of Hell” and watching it move to next year as I alienate life long friends with loving warnings of imminent economic collapse. We see summers of hell everywhere when we look for them. Its called Karma and Samsara. I lost my job, we thought of leaving the country to be safe. Then he changed his model to charge for 95% of what he puts out, and his business model SUCKS! So I stopped listening about a year or so ago. But yeah, I give him credit for being one who prompted a lot of addtional study I wouldn't have done otherwise. 7/11 was a part time job!
