My husband is a manager at a grocery store chain in the south. He told me last wk that they were warned egg prices were about to go sky high. He was told it was due to the drought. The chickens were too stressed to lay the eggs.

I laughed and bought an extra dozen eggs just in case. I guess he was right. lol
