Couldn't have said it any better OP. I too am in similar 30 year situation in Tokyo. Though we can move around to other cities, we still spend time in Tokyo to work for at least some of the time.

It does not take an Einstein to figure out something cataclysmic has happened there in Japan. MANY competent papers have been written as to this type of disaster happening. We have had prior experience with Chernobyl, which was nothing compared to this AND I believe you are not even in Japan and have nothing do to with this.

which was Rejected- nothing else!
