You'd be better off spending $12 a six pack for a renowned brewer, than drinking poison. Seriously. Make it work for you but for me I use the "hair of the dog" trick to get me going in the morning.. No headaches... A few hot sweats during the day but oh we'll... At night tho and can drink back the gin and plan the next day.. Alas, I still wait for the lottery.. Lol I have a routine that works for me most of the time. After I'm done drinking in the evening, and right before bed, I chug down 2 bottles of ice cold water. I then wait till I have urinate and try to get a good stream out. This way I don't wake up in the middle of the night having to piss again. In the morning I drink 3 Fruit smoothies, not the garbage kind, the good kid, that are made of 100% juice. The brand is "Naked" they are expensive but damn good. Then two advil. Try to get dressed and out the door, and hope i remembered to put my pants on (I did forget one time) editing Lol, lucky that hasn't happened to me,,, no pant... LOL would be nice tho with this heat, I drink alot of water with the gin, we make our own sparkling water.. Then at night I also drink 2-3 glasses of cold water before going to bed. I even have another glass on nightstand. I also try to uniate most I can before going to sleep.. It all helps..Oh, the life of an alchoholic. On the other hand, I have different fingers. |
