Just admit it people, most are already living on their knees out of fear. You stand up and you're gonna be identified and dealt with. No one is going to sink their own boat these days, go along to get along.

Just my observations from a distance of course.
 Quoting: MuayThai

Your go along to get along statement reminded me of our mini world I was once a member off . When the leader departed this world the wannabes took over proclaiming themselves almighty kings to be worshipped and adored by the rest .
A small faction tried to wake the others up that this was against everything we had functioned as . But they marched in like a mini takeover , as America faces today in the macro sense . We all ended up say we will have to go with the flow and go along to get along .

Some worked it to their advantage , but most of the original members who wer blind all ended up on the outer anyway after a few years .
So you never really get along unless you get to the top of th rung by buimping off those already there . Thats what happened in our mini group . Bumbing off simply means they fell off the ladder eventually and the ones who were waiting to take over simply did by the numbers in the end .
But the rank and file were all pushed out to be replacedby the new sheeple.

“I want to clarify that my Administration will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens,” wrote Obama. “My Administration will interpret section 1021 in a manner that ensures that any detention it authorizes complies with the Constitution, the laws of war, and all other applicable law.” This of course was an outright lie, given the expressed meaning of the statute as Obama himself had demanded it be written. Leave it to Barack Obama to demand he be given absolute authority over the American public, yet claim in the next moment that he will not take advantage of it!
The Department of Justice, which defended the NDAA before Judge Forrest, will undoubtedly appeal her ruling. It is a judicial process Americans must watch closely as the free exercise of our Constitutional rights depends upon the outcome.

ya but further down the bill they put in a new provision. if you are against your country they take away your citizenship. then bam its legal cause you are no longer a citizen or what ever to appease this part of the law.
 Quoting: warriorsbond

Bullshit, you are STILL a citizen of your State. It will become necessary for states to assert the right and responsibility to protect its' citizens Constitutional rights. There are bills in the Texas senate that are pre-emptively dealing with this, giving local sheriffs, State Troopers (Department of Public Safety) and the Texas Rangers broad authority to protect the rights of all Texas citizens. One provision prevents the removal of any Texas citizen from the state of Texas without the express written consent of the Governor of Texas. The people of Texas see the handwriting on the wall and are doing their best to get ahead of this. There are also studies that have looked at Texas using alternative currency. The only thing I can think of where that might happen is a full-blown Secession. Look up the studies of "what-ifs", if Texas reverted to a Republic. We would be fine. Texas sends almost twice the amount of tax revenue to Washington as we recieve in return in total federal dollars. And roughly 15 percent of the U.S. military are Texans. I guess they would have a choice to make if that happened.

before you texans create your own country or boast about seeing the writing on the wall again, maybe you should read between those lines and get congresman thornberry under control ... hes the co-sponsor of the smith-mundt modernization act in the 2013 ndaa, which would allow the government to use propaganda against our citizens ... you may want to elect mr thornberry as the first president of the texan republic so he can continue to screw you and us over with better pay

The judges have been overruled and people are already detained.

When the Administrative branch seeks to overpower the Judicial branch it is up to the Judicial branch to ARREST the Administrative branch.

ARREST THE BASTARDS!!!!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 967845

You do not understand the function of the 3 sections of the US government and the balance of power that is supposed to limit any one section from overpowering the others, The judicial branch cannot write law or dictate legislation, but interprets laws to determine their legality under the Constitution, which is long gone..

The Judicial branch has no power of arrest, but the executive branch that does is supposed to capitalize to judicial judgement. In other words if the courts determine a policy or law employed by the executive branch is unconstitutional, the executive branch is by constitutional law obliged to obey the courts. If it does not, it has either declared defacto martial law or is acting as a juanta, a tin horn dictatorship.

In this case the executrix branch has simply told the judicial branch they no longer have the authority to issue injunctions or judgments limiting the power of the executive branch, which is essentially a coup by the executive bracnh, I knew we were in trouble back in 2001 when the executive branch started writing legislation with the Patriot axe and getting it passed by congress without any congressional review whatsoever by unanimous vote, the congress was told to vote int eh affirmative and threatened with death with the anthrax letters, What I am telling you is the executive branch has taken over and we now live in a fascist dictatorship that almost precisely mirrors the Bolshevik takeover in Russia prior to ww2.

They have one major stumbling block, that has stalled their plans, Americans have rejected all attempts to limit gun ownership or enact laws limiting gun ownership with solidarity and every spy op the government pulls to try to justify gun control results in a major rush on gun purchases , which baffles me as to why they keep making the same mistake over and over. I am thoroughly convinced those doing the planning have went insane and lack the intelligence or reason to obtain their goals. They make all of these oppressive laws, but are they using them.? HELL NO! They don't dare try it,. Americans are not accustomed to being lead around by the nose like Russians and they didn't bother to tell over 100,000,000 heavily armed Americans who are ignorant of government function by the dumbing down through the public schooling system the truth, but once these people figure out what happened and suffer the loss of any level of bread and circus distraction, the lead is going to fly and anyone with a badge is going to have a target painted on his back. All law enforcement officials and agents are members of the executive branch.

I laugh at GLP mentalities...and at just generally strange stupidity. So many people scream that detentions were going to take place. So many egotards talking about their badass pea shooters and how nobody till ever take their guns or their porn collection. People's paranoia leading to accusations and assumptions that reach so far into the fringe realm that it's redonkulous. Thousands of pages in hundreds of threads. And yet...here is a thread talking about the fact that it has probably started happening...with legal documentation to prove the U.S. Will not deny that it's actively arresting its own citizens on false charges via an unconstitutional law...in front of a judge! And nobody visits, nobody comments? I'm assuming that means thousands of people went off the grid with this news or all the big bravotards are now tunapusstards.

Police allowed to track cell phones in US without court warrants

The Fourth Amendment protects against “unreasonable searches and seizures” without the issuance of a warrant obtained due to probable cause.
The Court considers cell phone use to be a public – not private – action, thereby being ineligible for the protections of the Fourth Amendment. A court brief of the case states that “a suspect’s presence in a publicly observable place is not information subject to Fourth Amendment protection.”
Additionally, Judge John M. Rogers, writing for the majority, said Skinner “did not have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the data given off by his voluntarily procured pay-as-you-go cell phone. If a tool used to transport contraband gives off a signal that can be tracked for location, certainly the police can track the signal.”
While any US cell phone can now be tracked by police without probable cause or a warrant, the Supreme Court ruled earlier this year that police must obtain a warrant before secretly attacking a GPS tracking device to a suspect’s car.
That ruling is currently being contested, leaving the possibility for police to secretly track vehicles without permission. Without the requirement of a warrant to access cell phone data, US authorities are gaining increasing power over what some would consider “private” rights of individuals – but what the Courts call “public.”

There is a force that has the constitutional power to arrest obama. It is a sheriff. They are the only ones who could arrest him. The sheriff in Arizona for instance, could place Obama under arrest for voter regristration fraud and using a false identity to be placed on a ballit.
