You have no idea of the Shananigans that go on in a ship to keep sane. Sailors work really long hard hours. While on the way at sea they don't have any days off ATT ALL and work around 12 hours every day on their regular job or and additional hours that they have to put in for training, ship drills, exercise, and studying to pass certifications.
