If obamacare is so good why do we have medicare and medicaid too? force the old people to buy their own insurance just like obammacare is forcing young people to buy their own or pay a fine.
most old people have hefty retirements and social security, surely they can afford it better than a young family trying to raise kids?

It's moral and ethical for the govt. to have lied to them? Wait a minute, that is the same govt. that says it's immoral to walk away from a home mortgage. LOL I agree either one isn't the best ethics, but let's level the playing field. Broken agreements are always less than stellar morals. I wrote what I did to prove a point. How many damn government programs are we going to have to service the poor? We already have 80 that is 8 0 programs to provide help for the poor and yet we still have poor. Now we have generations of poor who have never earned a lick in their lives, but feel entitled to what other people earn. Someone who is over 65 and a multi-millionaire still gets medicare and social security? How does this make any sense to the young family who is trying to raise a family on one salary and paying taxes through the nose? The one size fits all of social security, medicare and ssi doesn't work and is costing us billion, no wait trillions and we still have not cured poverty, indeed it has increased.
