"The lack of respect for life is spreading deeper into the human population. When you have lack of respect for nature it is only a matter of time before human beings are treated like throw away garbage also. And it is only going to get worse"

I can only imagine what these parents must be going through to come to a decision like that. They can't feed their kids and can barely feed themselves. It's profoundly heartbreaking and has NOTHING to do with a lack of respect for life. They are desperate and don't know what else to do. God only knows some of the stories they must have to tell. But unless you are in their shoes you can't possibly know what they are going through. Perhaps we are a little too quick to judge.
