start with connecting the dots, the people involved in releasing, that energy in 1942, look at other fields of science i.e psychology, and what they were finding and doing in that time.

Is it easier to change the global mind putting up a drug than changing everyone's mind directly?
Maybe LSD users pass their altered consciousness to the next generation like a virus and therefore it's forbidden now to prevent it from spreading?
essentially what i propose is real time statrted up in this time period, before that was the invisible setting of things to take place, like a leaf waiting for the sun to start photosynthesis, when real time started the sun hit the leaf, so to speak.
i ALSO propose that real time is due to stop again real, real soon. maybe it already did. do things seem irreal to you?

You real time reference let me think of a strange anomaly I often encountered. I had many conversations with different people and they often forgot about the last 10 years or so. I often heard "next year 2002" or something like that despite the fact that we already had 2011. It's not limited to a few people, I heard it in the supermarket, at work, from my parents and so on. Really strange.
