Not so much "NWO rising" but a NWO takeover.

Here are the last few nations that need to be dealt with to bring them under NWO control. Some have already been taken over.

"Axis of Evil" as described by George W. Bush:
1. Iraq <<< Now NWO controlled!
2. North Korea <<< Yet to be dealt with!!
3. Iran <<< Yet to be dealt with!! Possibly next on NWO hit list after Syria has been dealt with.


"Beyond the Axis of Evil" as described by John R. Bolton:
1. Cuba
2. Libya <<< Now NWO controlled!
3. Syria <<< Currently being dealt with to bring them into the NWO.


"Outposts of Tyranny" as described by Condoleezza Rice:
1.  Belarus
2.  Zimbabwe
3.  Myanmar <<< Now NWO controlled!


Iraq, Libya and Myanamar (Burma) have recently been dealt with and have joined the NWO flock.

As for Cuba, Belarus and Zimbabwe I'm not really sure about their NWO status.

Barack Obama made a deal with Julia Gillard to establish US troops in Australia's Northern Territory. I believe the purpose is to set up base for an attack on North Korea however some people believe it is just to keep the pressure on China to not step out of line. But we'll see!
