Could someone direct me to the page where JPL is used to see planet alignments? I can't seem to find it, even though I did a google search...than

I take it no one knows what I am talking about or am I not clear on what I am asking for? JPL has a program that allows you to interact with it, showing you planetary alignments, where comets are, ect. It looks very basic...

change the drop down boxes:

Show me - to "the Solar System"
as seen from - "above"
Select the date you want to view

mark the bullet for:
I want a field of view of
make it 5 degree(s)

check "orbits" and "extra brightness"

Run Simulator.

As far as I know the Java Applet alone doesn't exist.
You have to be tracking an object.
