Eric Arthur Blair A.K.A. George Orwell
George Orwell has an 'MI5' dossier:

George Orwell's left-wing views and bohemian clothes led British police to label him a communist - but the MI5 spy agency stepped in to correct that view, the writer's newly released security file reveals.

The secret file that MI5 kept on the author from 1929 until his death in 1950 is being declassified today by the National Archives.

It reveals that in contrast to the fictional "Big Brother", the cruel and all-seeing secret police of Orwell's classic 1984, MI5 took a surprisingly benign view of the writer.

But is is posited by some that Orwell (Blair) was treated kindly by MI5 not because he was harmless, but because he in fact himself, WAS MI5.

In addition, there is evidence linking him to the Fabian Society -- but not as an ardent member... instead, there is evidence to suggest that Orwell was more than a mole ... he wrote the book 1984 as a stark but blatant expose on the Fabian Society's agenda.

It is rumored that his first draft was written as a no-fiction recounting but the publicher's deemed it too extreme for their reader's and instead suggested that he rewrite it as fiction so it would be more acceptable to mainstream tastes...

The reason 1984 seems so prescient is because it is!

From Icke's Human Race Get Off Your Knees:

Page 67: Chris Schacht (reportedly) - "You probably were not aware that us Fabians have taken over the CIA, KGB, MI5, ASIO, IMF, The World Bank, and many other organizations"

Icke: "Fabian Society.... has known from its creation about the long-term agenda for the global fascist / communist global dictatorship...... Their (Orwell, Huxley) books were not written from imagination, but from knowledge of what was coming."

England. The emblem of the Fabian society is a picture of a wolf in sheep's "clothing". Fabian Society is just another "society" funded and governed by TPTB.
In his book, "Between Two Ages," Brzezinski wrote: "The technetronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values."

A comment on another forum:

"The way I understand it, in passing from a very knowledgeable source, is that Eric Blair was actually an insider of sorts who had the entire blueprint. Whether he was privy to this blueprint from his dealings with the Fabians or from his association with some other secret society even more clandestine and elite than the Fabians -- not sure. In any event, his first attempt at disemminating the basic info portrayed fictionally in 1984 was a more academic non-fiction account -- a warning of sorts, or a historical projection -- cited and referenced. The work he initially produced was way too extreme and controversial, so his publisher (or likely some other unknown power) suggested he--or profoundly influenced him in some unknown way --to refashion the information in a fictional account. Didn't he say, he wrote it because of the things he knew and was trying to warn people?

“The past controls the future, and the present controls the past.”
~George Orwell (Eric Arthur Blair)

Translation: Past events dictate future attitudes, thus history is written/rewritten by the Victors.

I believe he did (whether he ever said it out loud ro not, don't know, I am just learning about the MI5 connection myself, this is all new to me)...

I believe he did because the book(s) 1984 (and also Animal Farm) are clearly *warnings* and not celebrations.

Quote:
" All of Orwell’s predictions have not come to pass. However, 1984 reminds us how important it is to consider what we know and how we know it. There are reports that stories on Google.com have been known to disappear. With so much of our collective memory on the web, those who shape information technology shape reality. If all evidence of a story disappears, did the event happen? If a fictitious story or theory is repeated often enough, does it become reality?

What role does memory (individual or collective) play in our worlds? If individual memories conflict with collective memory, is that insanity? Is what happened, more than the sum of individual memories? Court watchers know that eye witnesses are prone to error. There are times when I learn that even some of my memories are faulty. I certainly know not to trust everything that has been written down. In these days of individual and collective Altzheimer’s—in this day and age where we recognize the possibility of implanted memories—all traditional understandings of history and reality are called into question."

Of course not our ol' pal Orwell! He was warning people. Nobody can write with such empathetic detail and not be as he claims. He is pure!
All these crustypants secret societies claiming they already knew.
Fat chance, keep wishing.
Then why are 'they' so abysmally uncreative and limited individuals, huh?

Fabian society..twats.

Well one thing's for certain -- the new TVs coming out really CAN watch you. And even ifyou turn their cameras off? The microphone is still enabled.

Because of course you're going to buy that tv for SKYPE.

Yeah, that's why the camera's there.
