Drowning out the extremely low frequency waves with other competing frequencies is a good way to oppose it.
Just play lots of Bach-- the God frequency..

Anyway--- Mr. Computer's AI can read my boring thoughts if he wants to... but I know who I am, and I know his tactics.. so I simply say the lord's prayer and then I begin to pray for all the people I know --in a focused loving way --- which is something Mr. computer's AI could never understand. Blind guesses are not going to help. We need to understand the specific mechanism that allows this signal to pass through. Once we know this, we can develop a proper counter-measure that disrupts the signal in some fashion. Then we will have secure environments again. If you don't understand the "mechanism"- or understand it poorly-- then all you have right now are blind guesses based on well informed scientific hunches. My advice is to immediately begin testing "cages" based on different materials/shapes which are loosely based on your hunches about the mechanism. You should also bring in different types of psychics and sensitives to guide your efforts. Simple observation through trials is an underestimated part of scientific discovery, yet it led to such mind blowing events as the discovery of penicillin. The solution for a new "cage" might very well be simple and in plain sight..
