The Thirteenth Floor

You can watch it online here. I hadn't watched it before and I really liked it, I wonder if this is more than science fiction....

Neo are you there?..........
Banned as usual.

“It is far easier to be a weakling than to be a Real Man. Were the Earth less harsh or the circumstances of life less austere, man would destroy himself before the shrine of the languid goddess. Only Real Men can with safety destroy the tangled forests and wilderness of Earth and make from them gardens, but will those who inherit the gardens be Real Men? The law decrees that they must be, or the wilderness will reclaim its own.”

Re: The Thirteenth Floor
Yea one of the precursor matrix movies..

This idea of a simulated reality seems to have been around for awhile. I think it has roots in New Age philosophy of nothing being real.

Matrix funneled so many into new ageism. "There is no spoon. You create your reality by your thoughts." That's the serpent's deception....

Was a cool movie, though, had a great twist at the end.

Re: The Thirteenth Floor
Great movie, I've watched it multiple times. I wouldn't doubt it's far from our "reality" we think that we live in.

Yeah Christianity doesn't take that far down the rabbit hole, still you think your book is all the truth there is. You're just like the black dude saying, when you back to wherever you come from, please leave us the hell alone wink

The bible is the word of God, so yes it is all the truth there is. That's why it resonates with truth, and not wishy washy weirdness like every occult new age pagan philosophy you come across, including the delusion of naturalism.

Neo got punked by Demogorgon's homunculus of all things. Not even the real Architect, just the Archichump.

Oni knows better. When White Devil gives you two miserable doors, you make a third door. Through his face.

Re: The Thirteenth Floor
The parallels between the plot of the first Matrix movie and The Night Before ( [link to www.imdb.com] are quite funny. If you are in a proper headstate, of course.
