What type of help do you need? Did they say they would fix things for you or ask what you needed help with to fix things? Two very different offers...

By regret I meant something you can't undo or take back and it brings you more harm than good. It wasn't like a threat if that's what your thinking, IMO regret is really owned by the regretted.

I know but what harm can come from giving (some) people the benefit of the doubt? What if somebody really needs help, and these clowns tell them to off themselves because they think it's fun to fuck with people and don't give a rats ass about anything or anybody.

Sometimes, things that are as second nature to a person as breathing are suddenly not; it's not like it happens overnight, it's like one morning you wake up and realize how much you've changed.

Taking the higher road is hardly ever easy, and somewhere along the way it became harder for me, and then suddenly unbearable, and I lost that thing that lets you focus ahead and see the value of pushing through the pain.
