I am rh o neg, aa, woman and I've been experiencing many of the symptoms in this post or mentioned in this thread. For years I've been trying to figure out how to cure myself. It's hard to explain to Dr.'s and family and close friends don't believe me. Yet, these symptoms are real. I've seen minor changes since I've started taking zinc, biotin, vitamin b, vitamin d, digestive enzymes, flax seed oil. I'm still having major issues so I'm so relieved to have read this post. I believe if I add the other herbs, vitamins that you suggest as well as stop eating meat I can heal myself. Right now I am not digesting my food well and I'm severely constipated. Many people can smell me from 10 feet away which is often days. This is the most humiliating sickness I've ever experienced. I refused to give up on myself so I get reading blogs of other people who suffer like I am. Today, I'm not looking for any information on my symptoms but I was curious about my blood type and this site appeared. Thank you so much!

I have Morgellons and I am RH positive.
Your statement is based on an assumption, an unproven one.
It is likely that those with Morgellons have an genetic predisposition to it. The same genetic markers that are seen in Alzheimers, CFS and autism/ADDHD/Aspergers. Striking commonalities in all these groups including Morgellons, include:
inability to metabolize fats
abnormalities of fatty acid and membrane phospholipid metabolism
deficiency of the last step of cholesterol biosynthesis, 7–dehydrocholesterol reductase (DHCR7)
sterol abnormality which affects the synthesis and metabolism of various sterol-derived compounds, including bile acids, adrenal steroids, neurosteroids, and the structure of sterol-rich membranes, such as myelin, the plasma membrane, and various subcellular organelles
fungal or yeast overgrowth
hypocholesterolemia caused by bile acid and cholesterol malabsorption
problems with GABA receptor synthesis
altered brain and CNS function (net result of environmental toxin overload)

So much toxic waste and toxin build up in the cells (blocked detox pathways) leads to improper methylation, calcium build-up inside the cells leading to oxidative, fat and fibrin production in the blood, with a net accumulation of cadaverene and putricine which attracts various opportunistic parasites (itchy, crawling sensations of the skin).
The solution is diet and supplementation.
DMSA chelation (detox)
Selenium: 25 mcg/day; an essential cofactor for synthesis of glutathione peroxidase, a key antioxidant enzyme.
N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)begin with with a low dose of 25 mg/day and gradually increasing up to 200 mg daily.
Calcium-D-glucarate (as Betaine) Begin with 150 mg, and increase to 1,000 mg per day. inhibits beta-glucuronidase, and increases net elimination of toxins and steroid hormones via glucuronidation, a critical step in Phase II hepatic detoxification.
Alpha Ketoglutarate (AKA)250-750 mg/day. helps detoxify ammonia and is also a precursor of glutamine which helps heal the gut mucosa.
Taurine: Begin with 100 mg and build up to 1,000 mg/day. involved in formation of bile salts, and plays a role in neuromodulation.
Methionine 100-400 mg daily. binds heavy metals, and adds methyl groups to xenobiotics, aiding in their excretion and increases production of several cytochrome P450 enzymes.
plant-based enzymes such as papaya
gluten and casein-free diet. NO corn, wheat, soy and nuts.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids. begin with 1,000 mg per day and go as high as 3,000 mg.
Probiotics: once the severe GI abnormalities are cleared
Vitamins A, C, and E, beta-carotene
B Vitamins: B6 should be taken with magnesium.
Zinc, magnesium, iron and calcium.
for improving cognitive function: pycnogenol, Co-enzyme Q10, L-carnitine, L-carnosine and dimethyl aminoethanol (DMAE).
Remove all fats and oils from the diet, except coconut oil. Plenty of grains, fresh fruit and veg, legumes, sea weeds, clean water........ stop eating junk, pre-processed or GM foods and sugar.
This has cured several people. You can be one of them if you suffer from any of these illnesses.
