He said dhs has 154 thousand employees, That includes all ICE, DEA, US marshalls, FBI DHS and others over 100 different agencies, He said they have to qualify and shoot hundreds of rounds every year. He said Normally each office orders its rounds individually but now that they are all under the guise of DHS they make one purchace order for all agencies to save monies! Dont know if it is true or not. However 750 million rounds of 223 is a whole different story. He is going to get back to me in a week or two!
