Two things:

1: Secretary of State is a much more important position than Vice President. So, I don't see any reason why she would want to be Vice President.

2: Everybody thinks Biden is a retard. It's not like Sarah had an original thought.

The only thing Sarah got going for her are her looks. It is really the only reason why people pay attention to her. Of course Sarah would refudiate that.
