nah, humans always have books. Physical=bank on it.

Hopefully humans will not be dumb enough to throw out all books. However, Google taking every book, scanning it, and putting it online is just the beginning. Schools are beginning to use electronic textbooks. So what happens when people no longer use books and rely only on online information? Books become obsolete. The next generation will grow up in a world where books are relics like vinyl records, a sign of a bygone era. When demand for books drops to certain levels, they will no longer be printed. At that point, the cabal takes full control of our world.

This may be one of the most important conspiracy topics of our time and no one responds? Really?

You have no idea about cloud computing.

Think a bit harder! Computer servers are being used to store electronic records is NOT cloud computing. Computers being used to store electronic records is not new. You may want to debate that...but that is NOT cloud computing.

Cloud computing is using virtual servers and virtual storage to implement an IT architecture. The use of virtual servers and virtual storage is supposed to be scalable and more economical. The practicality and economics of cloud computing is also debatable.

Ummm, I don't appear to be clearing up the situation....here try this...

You want to go from Boston to Seattle...

A.) You fly on a Boeing 737 from Boston to Seattle.

B.) You fly on an Airbus A-320 from Boston to Seattle

C.) You take the bus from Boston to Seattle.

If you are against flying...it doesn't matter whether you choose option A or option B...they both result in flying.

Same thing for cloud computing and "separate servers"...if you are against storage of stuff like passwords on the Internet...it doesn't matter what the heck they do it with...physical servers or "cloud computing"...you are against storage no matter what happens.

I have my Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in desktop implementations (charter member). I am fully immersed in cloud computing. We have already been doing cloud computing for a decade now with forests and domains. the term is really coined on a more central location opposed to having a partial cloud here and there (such as a file server and a blog/forum server).

As far as your quote goes: it doesn't matter if we were in a cloud situation or not. For example, if the polar flip were to happen; how would you clean your water? How would you mine the materials to do so? How would you refine the ore to hold the materials?

The closest thing to those answers would be in an encyclopedia, which the most recognized encyclopedia has been put out of print!
