tbh, ive seen more (scriptural) evidence of hell than not, although i have seen somes very compelling precievements of there not being a hell (as most would describe hell anyway), and ive also seen various decriptions of hell, and even descriptions thst hell isnt for eternaty.

all in all i really dont freaken know so in my opinion for myself, i imagine the worst, however, i really truely hope you are right about this.

I hear what you're saying OP, and I agree to an extent. I used to be a vegetarian myself, I was focused on it, like a mission. Then He spoke to me and said "Focus on me instead".

So, I did. I focus now on telling people about salvation knowing that their souls are at stake.

I know that in the new earth, when He comes and cleans house, there will be no more animals killed and hurt again, ever. He will solve that problem once and for all, He will solve all of the problems of the world.

Until then, you're never going to stop the world from killing animals, it's just not going to happen. So, focus on Him and saving as many souls as you can until He returns.

Well, the first 'proof' that worked for me was walking with God while I was dead. I'm sure you've seen enough of my posts now to know that I had multiple NDEs as a child? Better stated as "death experiences", not near death experiences.

During those, I walked with God and was allowed to ask all sorts of questions. One of them was why God made hell. The literal answer is that God didn't make hell, people made it up and they see it in visions if they are indoctrinated to do so.

But of course, I don't present that to YOU as proof, because you accept only "scriptures" and the vast majority of christians don't believe God speaks to anyone anymore, except to give visions of hell. Ironic, really.


Now, as far as bible references?

In the original languages, none of the words translated mean "hell".

The words thus translated are:

Sheol: The Pit [a pit to burn garbage]
Hades: Greek for The Pit [direct translation of Sheol]
Tartarus: A spiritual darkness where angels are chained
Gahenna: The city dump

I'm not going to laugh because I keep an open mind to those 'experiences', but again, those do not prove the existence of the figure known as Satan that is allegedly supposed to tempt and torment you... I believe in non-physical entities, but I'm looking for specific proof of the one who is referred to as Satan, and would like to know how one goes about specifically identifying and recognizing him.... A photo of a ghostly looking non-physical entity does not validate his existence if one does not know what Satan looks like and has no criteria for identifying him....
