Why The Gov’t Purchase Of Ammunition Should Scare The Hell Out Of You | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 8084990 United States 08/16/2012 01:23 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | You see the govt tipped their hand at the card table. We know the total volume to date 1.6 billion. Currently the totals per person in all agencies are around 5,000 rounds per user. Its 7 times more than needed to kill every man woman and child. Sooo....rule out the impossible and all thats left is the possible. That leaves two possibilities. 1. They expect a foreign land invasion. This quantity (1.6 billion rounds) would be enough to defend govt facilities......IF.... the American people stood up and backed them. OR: 2. They have convincing data that tells them trade in materials and/or the ability to manufacture ammo will be gone for a period up to 10 years. This allows training ammo of the same variety as duty ammo. Either way the whole country is screwed. So my suggestion is to throw away the fear mongering. Prepare yourself to either join and repel an invasion of our very home, or prepare to assist in maintaining law and order due to some decade long natural disaster. peace |

You practice with what you shoot, this is standard procedure. The fact that the ammo is HP is not the concern, where the concern lies in WHO is buying the ammo. Last Edited by Billy_Sastard on 08/16/2012 01:31 PM It is, to me, sad how fast people forget the FOUNDATIONS of our fine country! Anyone who knows squat about firearms knows you practice with the exact same round that you use. ask that question at warriortalk and see what they say....go ahead. But ok lets take your path of fucktardery for a min. What do you think they will use the other 1.4 billion rounds for when everyone is dead? Wo the fuck will be paying their paychecks when the taxpayers are gone? They gonna work for free? So you see you have no arguement. |

If this doesn't get your attention, nothing will. its gotta be the money from their dept budget the mils using i.e. using their procurement If that were the case it would be even more serious because hollow point ammo is illegal for the military to use. I think it would be more likelythat this is all for federal civilian use. Obama did say he wanted his own private amry that was just as well equiped and just as well funded as the military. Looks like he is getting it by executive order. How can hollow point ammo be illegal when they use depleted uranium? Good question. From Wiki... The Hague Convention of 1899, Declaration III, prohibited the use in international warfare of bullets that easily expand or flatten in the body.[3] This is often incorrectly believed to be prohibited in the Geneva Conventions, but it significantly predates those conventions, and is in fact a continuance of the St. Petersburg Declaration of 1868, which banned exploding projectiles of less than 400 grams, as well as weapons designed to aggravate injured soldiers or make their death inevitable. NATO members do not use small arms ammunition that is prohibited by the Hague Convention. [link to en.wikipedia.org] I'm tired of waiting, somebody push the damn button already! I've got about 7500 rounds here -- 20 perps... that's 375 rounds per perp. That should pretty much do it, I suspect. I han't seen a sig .357 pistol that wasn't quite expensive, and the rounds are also pretty pricey. I Syria, most fighters carry AK-47s because they are cheap and reliable. If you want to shoot a gun that works every time, even without maintenance, you just can't beat the old "spray and pray" AK. These government purchases of HP ammo are obviously intended for us. The military can't use it because of the Geneva accords. That means it will stay right here where they can use it. Barry is gearing up for some civil unrest. He believes that the people he's been fucking for the last four years might turn violent. He could be right. He might also find it difficult to get enforcement officers to shoot Americans on American soil. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. "America is at that awkward stage.
