Anyone that is rural should have already figured this out. In the woods wal-mart is always built just outside the city limits, with septic ponds and thier own wells. They dont contribute city sales tax, or pay for water or sewer this way.


Oddly enough the Jehovah witnesses are the same way.

Nothing but a leach and parasite on all and everyone gladly goes there for fall-a-part crap.
