A homeowner was startled when Russell E. Neff kicked in the front door.

Neff stripped down to his underwear, while the homeowner dashed upstairs and called 911.

Meanwhile, Neff walked around the house in his underwear making himself at home, and even had time to cook a chicken pot pie he found in the kitchen.

When deputies arrived they found Neff sitting in a chair in the living room licking the remote control in nothing but his underwear, according to police documents.

Police arrived, and Neff resisted arrest.
