(a 6 figure income) One day his bosses came to him and said we are running a new project called project lean. He said you have to train your India counter part to do what you do! Well he did! 30 days later he was let go along with 100 thousand other techs. He was given an ultimatum to keep his mouth shut and they would give him a 20 thousand dollar pay out or he could just leave either way he was let go! JOB SHIPPED TO INDIA!
