Here are four points you can make to people waffling about 0bama. They may mean nothing to those who aren't taxpayers (which is half this country right now). Each of these is an example of pure bullshit and a sham being played on people that aren't paying attention to what's going on in government today.
1) Unemployment is bad and getting worse. To prevent even MORE layoffs before November, the Labor Department is giving companies $100 MILLION dollars in funding so that employers can pay workers as if they're only working part time, and the US taxpayer will pick up the tab for the remainder of the paycheck. Where is this $100 mil coming from????? We're already broke and getting broker. After the election, the $100 million will be used up. What then??? It won't matter because if 0bama is reelected then he won't care and if he's not reelected then it will happen on Romney's shift and it will look like it's his fault. This is PURE BULLSHIT TRICKERY to make the economy appear like it's better than it is. It's pure, unadulterated, bullshit and the taxpayer is picking up the bill for it.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics doesn't make it easy to find the real unemployment rate. They hide it DEEP in the bowels of their data dump and they don't call it the UNEMPLOYMENT RATE. They're calling it, "Alternative Measures and Labor Underutilization." I shit you not. I had to BEAT MY WAY through the report to page 26 of this link - U-6 = 16.3%!!!!!!!!!!! That is the REAL unemployment rate in the US right now, not 8.3% like the media is telling us. It's 16.3%. We are being baffled with mountains of unmitigated bullshit. Bush's average unemployment rate was about 5%. I'd LOVE to have Bush's economy back again. I'd LOVE to have what 0bama inherited back again.

2) 0bama is going to tap the Strategic Oil Reserve to make gas prices drop as November approaches. Gas prices have DOUBLED under 0bama's term. In an effort to get people to FORGET that his anti-oil policy has resulted in the huge run-up in gas prices, he's prepared to tap the strategic oil reserves. These reserves exist to give us oil reserves in case of a national emergency. It's not intended to help 0bama artificially drive gas prices down as the election approaches. Plus, after election day, we're going to have to use taxpayer dollars to BUY THE OIL BACK AGAIN. This move is PURE, UNADULTERATED, BULLSHIT and it's designed to distract people with the LIE that 0bama has an effective energy policy - the fact is he has an ANTI-energy policy. It's nothing but trickery to make things APPEAR like they're not as bad as they really are. Ultimately, the taxpayer will take it in the ass, yet again. This is really shameless. By the time the oil is replaced, it will cost the taxpayer dearly.

3) GM is going bankrupt yet again. As part of the bailout of the Auto Workers' Unions, the US government got about 500 million shares of GM and we paid $53/share for them (the taxpayer did). The stock is trading at about $20/share right now. Let's see, 500 million shares lost $33 each means the taxpayer has already lost $17 billion and that doesn't include the money GM is NOT GOING TO PAY BACK from the original loan - another $15 billion or so I think. This was 0bama's gift to the unions for their continued political support. They know that GM is still losing money out the ass and that they'll need yet another bailout. They also know Romney won't do it. So, if 0bama is reelected we can look forward to more of these total scams against the tax payer. 0bama uses GM as a glowing example of how his policies ARE WORKING. It's pure bullshit and trickery. We've lost our ass with the GM bailout and 0bama couldn't care less. He just wants the union support regardless of what it costs the taxpayer.

4) In addition to these scams on the taxpayer, the left is doing everything under the sun (including flat out lying) to distract the electorate by claiming Romney is a criminal (providing no evidence, of course) and screaming that Ryan wants women to die.
Romney isn't my favorite. He is not even a conservative. I think he'll be Bush-3. However, I'd rather have Bush-3 than Josef Stalin-2. We're down to THAT in this country right now. Do we want to become a communist country or not? I say, "Not!"
