250 views on this thread. It got pinned and no reply? Talk about  Are we going to get to the point where folks are incarcerated for littering? Maybe some of our homeless would be better off behind bars as long as the other inmates and staff aren't abusive. The worst litterbugs I've seen, are homeowners and middle class. (I've even had to side-step their condoms in the gutters outside of their middle-class pads). Cigarette butts, beer bottles, fast food trash, garbage the wind blows out of their waste containers...
