Keiser has made this absurd claim on several occasions since I first heard his name in 2006. He's an alarmist. A chicken little that makes his living screaming, 'the sky is falling'.
Quoting: AmericanJedi Keiser was on the inside and knows/reports what the high-finance world is doing. He's extrapolating that a civil war will be the logical outcome to economic/social collapse coupled with a neo-nazi, gangster government. He's probably right.
