How about we legalize marijuana and put the tax money into the failing school system of america.

Why waste the tax dollars on mostly dying people. Why not put it to use on something that's gunna help our future.

Should my tomato plants be taxed and regulated too? What about the dandelions in my yard? Why should something anyone can grow, anywhere, be regulated and taxed.

The rope and paper industry will never allow it...Smoking it has nothing to do with why its not legal...

I have always thought nearly the same idea...use the money for day care for young and old...but keep the greedy hands out of the pot(lol). The lotteries I thought were to help with schools..but I believe all they did was give the lottery money to them but cut the budgets thru state and fed?
People are going to smoke one way or another. The ones that I know have no problem sharing...so to speak. Government then couldn't make a KILLING off the fines and penalties. A friend got bagged with a joint in MISSOURI and went back and forth to court no less than 5 times (3 hour round trip) finally dropped to a littering charge and 350.00 fine.waste of court time, time , gas, public resources just z friggin waste..but you can fuck your sister here and just make stupid kids!and get away with it.

Not to mention that the "government" is the biggest drug runner in the world.

They'll never give up the black market profits on pot.
