He also explains that at a high level of coherence there are few traffic accidents. There is widespread peace. There is a harmony among people.

Ionosphere resonates at .01 - 300 HZ. Communication between our heart and brain resonate on the low end of this. He explains that the atmosphere effects us and we effect the atmosphere.

If you know what HAARP does, it effects the ionosphere. Plainly put, they are trying to change the harmony between the people. By making changes to the ionosphere, pushing it farther out, effects everyone in that area (what I believe)

They can direct HAARP anywhere they want. I think they use this tool to create tension on the area. I also think a side affect is abnormal weather. HAARP pushes the atmosphere out and creates a low pressure area. That brings severe weather.
