As one who have tested the spirit and suffered terribly following Jesus thy Christ. i find no evidence to suggest that God is pure love.
Rivers of blood seems to be evident in this creation. had He
been a father of love, He wouldn't have allowed His children
be devoured by His enemy thy devil.
Nonetheless, He is God and His will must be done.

Jesus was God's love and His mercy in the flesh. How can you say this? God perhaps sent Jesus to die not just so you can have a way outta this mess. Moreover, God proved to me, over the years.He can-careless for the flesh, in fact He despise the flesh His very own creation mind you. let us be clear and honest i speak as one who suffered long time following thy Christ. God wishes you all "deny yourself, take up your cross and fellow thy Christ" in this journey, your flesh will be in agony wishing for death. in all this one can argue will God loves you so much He wishes you suffer,die, painful death all this so we MAY be saved......were is the love in all this? Jesus also suffered the pain of the flesh all for our sins, the reward for sin is death and it is because of sin that we are mortal, not because we are created to be mortal, lest you want to die the second death of internal suffering turn to the one that saves you soul,
