i have a 20 watt 15.4 volt 1.2 amp foldable solar panel

it has a cig lighter output on it... can i hook this directly up to the solar panel to charge my small devices that i know it can already power? this way i can use my AC plug and not have to get cig adaptors for all my small electronics?

it says 2 amp output but my panel only outputs 1.2 a. i dont know if that matters... not sure how this works...
