All other items on the list are consumable short term items. Binoculars will help spot friend or foe from a safe distance and can be used to locate prey soon enough not to spook them when hunting.

OK....I've got duct tape in all my first aid kits. Buy Gorrila tape or equivalent. Get one of those dummy credit cards and cut it down. Wrap the tape around it. Worth its weight in gold.....

Seriously though id go with the bleach, you can go 6 weeks without food, you can't go more than 5 days without water and without clean water you will die within a week or so from the stuff in the water.

Everything else could be looted from houses or made as you travel. The easiest way to make a fire would be to get a battery out of a car and short the negative/positive.
